Our interactive kiosk allows us to listen to your suggestions and adapt our offerings on the fly — just like your life.

Building a kick-butt kiosk from scratch is hard work! While you are probably accustomed to seeing Vengo around NYC the last 3 years, we are now in production on our 5th Generation Vengo after constantly improving our hardware and software design. We have worked feverishly, but patiently, in making sure that we didn’t expand too fast in our early days despite the incoming demand we have received from the beginning. Now it’s time!

While we started in NYC, you can find Vengos throughout the Northeast, Southern and Midwest United States. You could have also seen a Vengo Down Under in Australia! We love colleges, gyms, and hotels! We have done a lot of experimenting (trust us!) and analysis in selecting these verticals and even the locations within the locations. We use these learning’s to help make sure Vengo lives in the most beneficial home.

Great question! We will always be developing and exploring ways to make using a Vengo the most fun and immersive experience possible. To date, we have focused on being a hybrid digital signage and media platform that we customize to campuses, hotels, and other exciting locations. When you walk up to a Vengo, you may find passive video, surveys, animations, social media amplifications and a host of other fun and exciting content.

Over the last several years, the Vengo team has developed deep relationships with many national brands that want to be sold and advertised on Vengo’s large interactive display. Be it global cosmetics brands, national fitness chains, luxury hotel groups or top universities, we have worked with them all! As people go into stores less and are harder to reach by marketers, brands are looking for outlets like Vengo. We work as the liaison in making sure the products and advertising are location appropriate and impactful. We hope you might be next.

Heck, no! This is the digital age – we accept credit, debit, NFC/mobile and campus cards (Blackboard/CBORD). This leads to minimal vandalism, safer restocking, and never having a machine eat anyone’s quarter. All activity and refunds can be viewed and addressed remotely.

A fully stocked Vengo machine generally carries anywhere from 40-80 products depending on product mix. While we can accommodate some larger products given our many coil sizes, we use an iPhone 5 or smaller as a general rule of thumb when telling people our product size sweet spot. With an average price point close to $10 per item, our little machine can pack a big sales punch. Vengo’s team of former aerospace engineers have designed a vertical vending machine that we think can fit the most amount of product in the very smallest of spaces.

We are always plugged in — real time. The Vengo Intelligence Platform tracks both sales and inventory levels, so we know the exact count inside the machine at all times. All low inventory machines can be seen in a single view, and the VIP will even send alerts when product cartridges are nearing empty. We can also set Vengo’s system to send you email alerts when your customized threshold settings are breached, giving you plenty of time to make sure you are not losing sales.

We will never clog up your hallway with anything but customers. Thanks to our unique cartridge system, restocking a Vengo usually takes 1-2 minutes at the machine. Our field operatives will also never need to make a trip without knowing if it’s necessary, as our platform allows you to monitor all aspects of your Vengo (including inventory and sales) in real-time.

You need roughly a 2×3 foot flat wall surface, an electrical outlet, and data connectivity (WIFI, Ethernet). You will find there are very few locations where a Vengo can’t go! And yup, we follow VESA Standards and are UL Certified!

It’s as easy as installing a television given our custom mounting plate system. Vengos can be placed on drywall, wood, cement, brick, marble and many other surfaces with ease. For locations where wall-mounting is not possible, we offer custom-built stands as well.

We have an in-house graphic designer who will work with your brand or location in making the Vengo’s exterior a unique and beautiful addition to the chosen space. We pride ourselves on our appearance and will make sure your Vengo stands out or blends in depending on the goals.
